Companion Care Needed

Hi – I am looking to pay privately for a home caregiver ( I’m not going to try to use Insurance). My mother lives in Running springs down the street from me and I need help getting her to and from medical appointments in Redlands and Loma Linda. I need someone who could drive her and also take notes at the appointment to convey her doctors instructions to me. Please let me know if you might be able to provide this service and with the next steps are.
