I'm the current tenant of a rental condo (~1200 sqft, 3 beds, 2 baths) and need a move-out cleaning before the next tenant moves in. The place will be empty prior to cleaning. Whoever does the cleaning will need to provide their own supplies & equipment. Thanks!
