Institutional Sales Specialist

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Institutional Sales professional to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will actively engage with institutional clients such as military, government, schools, and healthcare facilities to promote our extensive range of kitchen equipment and supplies. Your enthusiasm for sales combined with excellent customer service skills will drive growth and strengthen our relationships within the foodservice industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts and prospect potential clients through outreach efforts.
• Present product offerings, demonstrate features, and explain benefits to clients in a clear and engaging manner.
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate product delivery, installation, and after-sales support.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions, sales activities, and follow-up actions.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments to effectively position our offerings.
• Achieve or exceed sales targets by proactively managing your client portfolio and closing deals efficiently.

Skills

• Proven experience in sales, preferably within the foodservice or related industries.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to listen actively and address client needs confidently.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities to clearly convey product value propositions.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and overcoming challenges.
• Ability to build lasting relationships based on trust, professionalism, and responsiveness.
• Knowledge of foodservice equipment or culinary industry trends is a plus but not required.
