Shipping and Receiving Coordinator

Luxor Staffing is hiring a Shipping and Receiving Coordinator paying $18 per hour with 2nd shift available. Weekly pay, possible overtime, incentive and bonus programs, optional direct deposit, benefits from day 1 on the job and much more!

Shift:

Mon-Thu 3PM-1AM

Job Responsibilities:

• Check truck drivers in and out
• Assign dock doors for inbound/outbound activity according with warehouse direction and vendor assignment in warehouse
• Verify accuracy of all shipping/receiving documentation. Partner with the inventory department to resolve any issues
• Assist in appointment scheduling as needed
• Update required reports on a timely basis
• Communicate with customers and assist with customer needs
• Coordinate inbound and outbound loads

Requirements:

• Proficiency in computer applications (Word, Outlook, and Excel)
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent communication abilities
• Problem-solving aptitude
• Adaptability in various situations
• Soft skills that enhance team dynamics
• Bilingual is a plus.
