Staffing Coordinator/Recruiter

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our San Diego Team! If you've worked as a leasing consultant for an apartment community and love the industry but would like to explore the vendor side of the Multi-family industry, this could be the right opportunity for you! Hospitality, food service and retail experience also provide transferable skills to our position.

This position is an internal role with our office located in San Diego and is the true key and the beginning of the staffing cycle!

As a Staffing Coordinator, you will play an important role in our recruiting team. You will work closely together to uncover talent for the apartment industry. Assist in searching and reviewing resumes from various job boards (Zip Recruiter/Indeed/Craigslist), pre-screen candidates, and move forward with those qualified to the next steps in the interview and application process. You will provide a full range of support including handling new hire paperwork, inputting data into the system, processing background checks, and verifying and processing timesheets.
