Call Center - Customer Service Specialist - Customer Relations 
Opportunity to build basic technical assistance while continuing to develop customer service experience

Qualifications:  working in role that to provide confidential client and customer service support for both internal and external operations, project coordination, documentation management, or research. Position requires keen organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. May include light technical support.

RELATED TASKS

• Coordinate client mailings, approvals, proofs, vendor production, and undeliverable communications.
• Submit track document and vendor requests supporting conversions and special projects.
• Serve as the primary contact for third-party vendor requests, estimates, requirements, and deliverables.
• Coordinate testing and validation for system updates, conversions, and regulatory initiatives.
• Provide light technical support by troubleshooting basic system, access, data, and workflow issues and escalating more complex problems.
• Partner with internal teams and vendors to resolve project and system-related issues.
• Maintain project documentation, status tracking, approvals, and communication records.
