Area Supervisor

An established multi-unit restaurant organization is seeking an experienced Area Supervisor to oversee operations across multiple locations in the Camden, NJ market.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced multi-unit leader or a high-performing General Manager who is ready to take the next step. The ideal candidate has a strong record of developing people, improving restaurant performance, maintaining operational standards, and holding leadership teams accountable.

What You Will Do

• Oversee the day-to-day performance of multiple restaurant locations.
• Partner with General Managers to improve sales, profitability, labor performance, guest satisfaction, and operational execution.
• Coach, develop, and hold General Managers and restaurant leadership teams accountable.
• Review restaurant performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Create and execute action plans to address operational and performance gaps.
• Ensure consistent standards for food quality, safety, cleanliness, service, and overall restaurant operations.
• Support staffing, retention, training, succession planning, and leadership development.
• Build a strong pipeline of future restaurant leaders and General Managers.
• Conduct regular restaurant visits and provide hands-on coaching and support.
• Assist with recruiting, onboarding, performance management, and other people initiatives.
• Work closely with senior leadership to execute operational priorities and business initiatives.
• Maintain strong relationships with restaurant teams while setting clear expectations and driving accountability.

What We Are Looking For

• 3 to 5 or more years of General Manager experience in a high volume QSR environment.
• Previous multi unit management experience is strongly preferred.
• High-performing General Managers who are clearly ready for multi-unit responsibility will also be considered.
• Strong understanding of QSR operations, labor management, sales, food cost, customer service, and restaurant profitability.
• Proven ability to develop and retain strong management teams.
• Demonstrated leadership success with a consistent record of operational performance.
• Strong communication, coaching, organization, and problem solving skills.
• Ability to build trust while maintaining high standards and accountability.
• Strong professional references and a proven leadership track record are required.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $70,000 to $75,000 depending on experience
