Job Summary
Select Property Management is seeking a tech-savvy, organized, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our Elk Grove office. The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently, managing a high volume of tasks, and maintaining accuracy while balancing changing priorities and interruptions. This position requires excellent communication and customer service skills, sound judgment, and the ability to work professionally with clients, tenants, property owners, Realtors, vendors, team members, and other company departments.

Compensation: $20.00 - $23.00per hour, depending on education, experience, and qualifications.
Work Schedule
- Full-time, non-exempt position
- Onsite Monday through Friday
Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients, residents, property owners, vendors, and other visitors in a professional and welcoming manner.
- Answer incoming telephone calls, respond to routine inquiries, and direct calls appropriately.
- Perform accurate and timely data entry.
- Maintain organized electronic and physical files and records.
- Prepare, process, and maintain documents and correspondence.
- Provide administrative support for day-to-day property management operations.
- Maintain professional and positive communication with Realtors, team members, clients, tenants, property owners, vendors, and company departments.
- Respond to requests and follow up on assigned tasks in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with appropriate discretion.
- Provide exceptional customer service and contribute to a positive office environment.

Minimum Qualifications
- Associate degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
- Strong written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
- Strong spelling, grammar, proofreading, and general business-writing skills.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy when working with important or sensitive information.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to prioritize assignments, work under pressure, adapt to changing priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.

- Professional demeanor and appearance appropriate for an office environment.
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Ability and willingness to obtain a California Real Estate License if required for the position.
Preferred Qualifications
- Recent property management or real estate industry experience.
- Current California Real Estate License.
- Previous administrative or office support experience.
- Experience working in a high-volume, customer-focused office environment.
- Experience with AppFolio or similar property management software.
