About the Role:
Lucky Day Liquidation Inc is looking for a reliable and motivated Box Truck Driver to join our growing team in Clovis, CA! This is a great opportunity to be a key part of a fast-paced liquidation business where every day brings something new. Responsibilities:
- Safely operate company Freightliner trucks to transport and deliver liquidation merchandise to designated locations
- Assist with loading and unloading cargo and ensure merchandise is properly secured and handled with care
- Conduct pre-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and proper operation
- Maintain responsibility for company vehicles and equipment while on shift
- Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding departure, arrival, delivery, and other necessary updates
- Coordinate professionally with warehouse and store staff
- Follow all company procedures and applicable safety requirements
- Represent Lucky Day Liquidation Inc. professionally during all work-related interactions
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Previous box truck or commercial truck driving experience preferred
- Experience operating Freightliner trucks preferred
- Ability to regularly lift and move 50+ lbs.
- Strong time-management skills and ability to meet scheduled deadlines
- Dependable, punctual, responsible, and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively
- Familiarity with the Fresno/Clovis area is a plus
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
- Must meet all licensing requirements applicable to the vehicles being operated
