Part-Time Customer Service Representative
JD Electrical Home Solutions is looking for two friendly, organized, and dependable part-time Customer Service Representatives to join our growing team!
As one of the first points of contact for our customers, you'll play an important role in creating a positive customer experience while helping keep our daily operations organized and running smoothly. If you enjoy helping people, staying organized, and working in a supportive, family-oriented office environment, we'd love to hear from you!
Available Shifts
We are hiring for two separate Monday–Friday positions:
Morning Shift: 7:00 AM–12:30 PM
Afternoon Shift: 12:30 PM–6:00 PM
Afternoon Shift: 12:30 PM–6:00 PM

Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Schedule service calls and free estimates
- Dispatch technicians and manage daily schedules
- Communicate with customers and technicians throughout the day
- Prepare invoices and process payments
- Follow up with customers regarding estimates and completed work
- Maintain accurate customer records
- Complete opening or closing office duties based on your scheduled shift
- Assist with general office and administrative tasks
- Help keep the office organized and daily operations running smoothly
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Friendly, positive, and professional attitude
- Dependable and punctual
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new software
- Previous office or customer service experience is preferred, but we're happy to train the right person
