Route Delivery Driver – Local, Monday–Friday

H2O To Go is a locally owned bottled-water company serving homes and businesses throughout Hampton Roads. We are looking for a dependable, customer-focused Route Delivery Driver to join our team.

This is a full-time, local position with daytime routes and no overnight travel. Our drivers are responsible for delivering bottled water and related products, collecting empty bottles, maintaining accurate delivery records, and providing excellent service to our customers.

Pay and Schedule

• Starting pay: $20.00 per hour
• Full-time position
• Monday through Friday
• Local daytime routes
• Home every night

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company delivery truck
• Deliver 3-gallon and 5-gallon water bottles to residential and commercial customers
• Pick up empty bottles and returnable equipment
• Load and unload the delivery truck
• Follow an assigned route and daily delivery schedule
• Confirm deliveries and accurately record customer activity
• Collect payments when required
• Keep the truck organized and report maintenance or safety concerns
• Communicate customer questions, delivery problems, and account changes to the office
• Build positive relationships with customers
• Follow company safety procedures and traffic laws
• Assist with warehouse or other delivery-related duties when needed

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• Valid REAL ID
• Acceptable driving record
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to repeatedly lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work outdoors in different weather conditions
• Comfortable entering businesses and interacting with customers
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a delivery route
• Basic ability to complete delivery paperwork and use a mobile device
• Delivery, route-driving, warehouse, or customer-service experience is preferred but not required
