Outside Sales Representative - Metal Fabrication / Stamping

We're seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join the team for a metal stamping, fabrication and roll forming manufacturer located near Elmhurst that supports the automotive industry.

Responsibilities:

• Develops annual sales plan in support of organization strategy and objectives.
• Directs implementation and execution of sales policies and practices.
• Devises new and innovative ways to market and promote company products and services.
• Recommends sales strategies for improvement based on market research and competitor analyses.
• Manages multiple channels selling strategies.
• Builds, develops, manages and supports sales and purchasing team.
• Consults with management, quality and manufacturing personnel to discuss manufacturing capabilities, production schedules, and resolve issues.
