Safety Director

At KIRCO, safety isn’t just a priority—it’s a core value. We’re looking for a seasoned Safety Director to lead our company-wide health, safety, and environmental (HSE) programs and foster a proactive, people-first safety culture across all construction sites and operations.

What You'll Do:

✔ Develop, implement, and manage HSE programs company-wide
✔ Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure regulatory compliance (OSHA, MIOSHA, etc.)
✔ Lead engaging safety training and education for field and office teams
✔ Partner with leadership to reduce risk and improve workplace safety performance
✔ Respond to incidents and regulatory inquiries with professionalism and precision
✔ Oversee workers’ compensation data and drive continuous improvement

What We're Looking For:

✅ 5–10 years of safety management experience (general contracting preferred)
✅ Strong knowledge of OSHA standards and construction safety protocols
✅ Degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field or equivalent hands-on experience
✅ A confident leader who communicates clearly and collaborates across teams
✅ Willingness to travel regularly to job sites
