Job Description
Monterey & Blackfin Boats is currently recruiting for Fiberglass Laminators.
Experience is preferred but on the job training is provided.
We are hosting a Job Fair on Tuesday 8/18/2026 from 8:30am - 10:30am.
As a Fiberglass Laminator, you will be integral to the manufacturing process, utilizing your hands-on skills to create high-quality fiberglass parts for our boats.
Ideal candidates must be able to:
- meet the attendance requirements of a FT position
- work well with others
- work overtime as required
- work in lamination
- may roll fiberglass
- Use hand tools and spray guns to roll out air bubbles, mix chemical catalysts, and ensure smooth, strong composite structures meeting quality standards.
Jobs are full-time, day positions with normal work hours of 5am to 3:45pm, Monday through Thursday. Overtime may be required to meet production requirements.
Starting pay is $17.25 per hour

Post-offer, pre-employment testing includes drug testing. Baseline hearing and pulmonary function tests may be required with some positions.
