Job Description and Essential Job Functions

We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our amazing team. 

·         Maintain correspondence with customers

·         Track and update status reports

·         Creating and submitting quotes

·         Create invoicing.

·         Handle & resolve customer issues

·         Maintain various internal and external reports

·         Creating and submitting quotes

·         Invoicing and maintaining customer aging accounts

·         Excel, Word, and Outlook
