SK Medical Management is looking for an ambitious Assistant Property Manager to support our growing commercial medical office portfolio throughout the Pittsburgh area. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and taking ownership while developing into a Property Manager.
Working alongside an experienced Property Manager, you'll gain hands-on experience in every aspect of commercial property management—from tenant relations and vendor coordination to budgeting, operations, and capital projects.
What You'll Do
- Deliver exceptional customer service while building strong relationships with tenants
- Coordinate tenant requests and oversee work order completion with service technicians
- Assist with tenant move-ins, move-outs, and property inspections
- Coordinate vendors and contractors to ensure quality service and timely completion of work
- Help maintain attractive, safe, and professionally managed medical office properties
- Assist with annual budgeting, financial reporting, and operational planning
- Monitor vendor contracts and property service agreements
- Support property improvement projects and capital work
- Ensure compliance with property management standards and life safety requirements
- Assist with emergency response coordination as needed
- Travel between assigned properties throughout the Pittsburgh market
Portfolio
You'll support a portfolio of medical office properties throughout the greater Pittsburgh area, including:
- Pittsburgh (McCandless)
- Perry Highway
- Brentwood
- Greensburg
What We're Looking For
- Experience in commercial property management, facilities management, real estate, hospitality, construction, or another customer-focused operations role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Financial aptitude with experience reviewing budgets or financial reports preferred
- Self-motivated with a desire to grow into a Property Manager role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
