Qualifications

Minimum of 12 months of field experience in tree care, vegetation management, or a related industry.
Demonstrated ability to perform all duties and responsibilities associated with lower-level positions while serving as a leader and resource for crew members.
Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to maintain professional relationships with customers, utility representatives, property owners, and Arbor Resources, LLC personnel.
Proficient in reading maps, interpreting work orders, and planning efficient routes to job sites.
Ability to train, mentor, and coach less experienced employees, ensuring compliance with company policies, safety standards, and quality expectations.
Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize work and make sound decisions in the field.
