Job Description
Payroll Administrator | Temp-to-Permanent
We’re hiring an experienced Payroll Administrator for a full-time, temp-to-permanent opportunity in Fullerton, CA!
Pay: $29–$30/hr
Location: Fullerton office; occasional travel to Rancho or SFS may be required
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Flexible start times available (7:00 or 7:30 AM)
Payroll: Approximately 300 employees
Requirements:
- 5+ years of payroll experience
- ADP Workforce Now – required
- Must be Bilingual Spanish
- Strong knowledge of California labor and payroll laws
- Full-cycle payroll experience, including timekeeping, overtime, deductions, bonuses, PTO/sick time, leaves, terminations, corrections, and reporting
- Strong accounting/payroll fundamentals and exceptional attention to detail
