What You’ll Do
- Design, implement, and oversee individualized, evidence-based ABA treatment plans.
- Conduct behavioral assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, etc.) and diagnostic evaluations.
- Provide clinical oversight, coaching, and mentorship to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
- Collaborate directly with families and caregivers across home and community settings.
- Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation and maintain high ethical standards under our T.A.C.T.I.C. core values.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Current BCBA Certification via the BACB (Required)
- Active North Carolina State License (or eligibility)
- Reliable transportation for local client visits in the Morganton/Marion area
- Experience designing ABA programs and supervising RBTs preferred
