Retail Store Associate

Store associates play a vital role in creating an excellent shopping experience by assisting customers, managing inventory, and supporting sales activities. They ensure smooth daily operations within the store environment and contribute to overall customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product selection and inquiries
• Operate cash registers and process transactions efficiently
• Stock shelves and maintain inventory records
• Support sales promotions and merchandising efforts

Required Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in retail beer store

Preferred Qualifications

• Responsible Alcohol Management Program (RAMP) certified
• Beer, beverage, tobacco, or convenience-store experience is a strong plus.
• Good computer and POS skills.
• Comfortable learning new software and online ordering systems.
• Strong customer-service and communication skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Able to lift and move cases of beverages when required.
• Must be at least 18 years old and meet all applicable legal requirements for the position.
