Job Description
Release Manager – AI Native
Location: Menlo Park, CA
Work Mode: Day 1 Onsite – No Remote
Experience: 8+ Years
- 8+ years of experience in Release Management, Program/Project Management, or Agile delivery.
- Drive day-to-day execution across approximately 30 AI Native pods and ensure GSD statuses are updated.
- Strong experience coordinating release planning, demos, sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
- Track milestones, dependencies, risks, blockers, and overall delivery across multiple teams.
- Proactively follow up with teams and escalate stalled progress to leadership.
- Strong hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira/Confluence.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
- Experience managing multiple engineering teams/pods simultaneously is highly preferred.
