We are looking for a Data Product Manager to drive the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of data and AI-powered products. This role will be working closely with business stakeholders, data teams, and
engineering teams to build scalable analytics solutions, AI-driven products, and data platforms that create measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and lifecycle for Data & AI products.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into product features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with Data Engineers, Data Scientists, BI Developers, and Engineering teams to deliver solutions.
- Drive the development of dashboards, analytics platforms, predictive models, and AI-powered applications.
- Prioritize product backlog and lead Agile product delivery.
- Define KPIs, measure product success, and continuously improve product performance.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI, automation, and data-driven decision-making.
Required Skills & Experience
- 6+ years of experience in Product Management, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or Data Products.
- Strong understanding of Product Management methodologies and Agile frameworks.
- Experience working with Data Analytics, BI, Data Warehousing, and Data Governance.
- Hands-on knowledge of SQL, Power BI/Tableau, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP).
- Exposure to AI/ML, Generative AI, LLMs, and predictive analytics use cases.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience creating PRDs, roadmaps, user stories, and managing product backlogs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building AI-powered or data-driven products.
- Domain experience in Retail, E-commerce, Logistics, Supply Chain, Energy, or Healthcare.
- Certifications in Product Management, Data Analytics, AI, or Cloud technologies.
