Babysitter

We are looking for a teacher and calm leader to care for our 3-year-old daughter someone who runs on structure and follow-through, in the spirit of Lisa Bunnage (calm leadership) and Dr. Deborah Tillman / Americas Supernanny. Warm at the core, firm in practice. Someone who gives our daughter clear expectations, states them once, and holds them every single time because a child feels safest when she knows exactly where the lines are.
