Industrial Mechanic

• Diagnose and repair mechanical equipment and systems.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on plant equipment.
• Troubleshoot conveyors, pumps, motors, gearboxes, valves, hydraulic systems, and rotating equipment.
• Repair and replace bearings, belts, chains, seals, and other mechanical components.
• Read and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and equipment manuals.
• Complete work orders and maintenance documentation.
• Assist with shutdowns, outages, and major maintenance projects.
• Follow all lockout/tagout (LOTO) and safety procedures.
• Work safely around operating equipment in a high-temperature industrial environment.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas.

• 3+ years of industrial mechanical maintenance experience preferred.
• Experience with conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, motors, and industrial process equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical failures and determine root causes.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance programs.
• Welding and fabrication experience is a plus.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and maintenance manuals.
• Strong commitment to safety and teamwork.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to climb stairs, ladders, and work at heights.
• Ability to work in hot, dusty, noisy, and outdoor environments.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, and kneel for extended periods.
