Machine Operator - 2nd Shift

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

We are seeking dependable Machine Operators to join our plastics processing and recycling operation. Operators are responsible for safely running production equipment, monitoring product quality, and supporting the flow of materials through the manufacturing process.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment such as granulators, extruders, grinders, balers, augers, and hoggers.
• Sort and process plastic materials according to production requirements.
• Monitor equipment performance and product quality.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing, production, plastics processing, or recycling experience preferred.
• Experience with granulators and extruders is a strong plus.
• Ability to work independently after training.
• Reliable attendance and strong attention to safety.

PPE Required

Safety glasses, hearing protection, steel-toed boots, and additional eye protection as required.
