Assembly Technician (Medical Device Manufacturing) | 4-Day Work Week |

A leading medical device manufacturer is hiring an Assembly Technician to join its growing team. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity offering $21-$22/hour, a 4-day work week, and long-term career growth.

Schedule

• Monday-Thursday
• 7:00 AM-5:30 PM

Pay

• $21.00-$22.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Perform precision assembly of medical device components and subassemblies
• Inspect and test parts using measuring and testing equipment
• Perform visual quality inspections for defects and workmanship
• Work with small parts, hand tools, magnifiers, and optical equipment
• Hand-wind fine gauge wire
• Solder PCBs and electronic components
• Read bills of materials (BOMs) and follow assembly instructions
• Use basic computer software during production processes

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Manufacturing, production, assembly, electronics assembly, or medical device experience preferred
• Ability to read and understand BOMs and work instructions
• Strong manual dexterity and ability to work with small parts
• Experience with soldering, inspection, or testing equipment preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Available for overtime as needed
