Advisor, Customer Service

Entegris is seeking an enthusiasticindividualtoservethe role ofCustomer Service Specialistbased in ourDecatur, Texaslocation.Working with theSupervisorof Customer Support, this individual willdevelop, grow, andmaintainrelationships with both internal and external customers.This role acts as the primary contact pointfor external customers.

This role will be hybrid - 3 days onsite, 2 days remote.

What You'll Do:

• Receive inquiries from customers and work withother employees to develop andthen willprovide a quote

• Receive Purchase Orders from customersand complete a contract reviewto the AS9100 Quality Standard,complete thenecessary setup of customer information,create part master data if needed,create thesales order, andprovide feedback to the customerin a timely manner

• Receive and process complaintsto quickly aid the customer, including the customer product return process

• Manageand Ownmultiple accounts, interactingroutinely withexternalcustomers.Perform the Inside Sales role forcertain accountstheyownincludingsoliciting forecasts,developpricingand discounts, andtargetnew and existing customers for new growth.

• Effectively interact anddevelop relationshipswithinternalas well asexternal customers as needed toimprove the role of Customer Service within the site

• Participateinandsubmitcreative effortstoimprove ourCustomer Servicebusinessprocesses toeliminatewaste and reduce transactions in alignment with lean business practices

What We Seek:

• Bachelor of Sciencedegree in Business,Marketing,or a similar field;ora comparable combination of education and/or work experience

• Operating knowledge of MS Office software

• Experience with SAP or a similar ERP system a plus

• Experienceworking incustomer-facing organizations

• Good written and verbalcommunication skillsincludingparticipating,hosting, and leadingonline meetings

• Ability to self-direct oneself to assessscope of work,planandschedule, andthencompete daily tasksAbility tomaintainself-control during stressful situations

• Some exposure to a manufacturing environmentpreferred; Machine Drawing and Blueprint Reading skills a plus

• Candidate mustbe able tocomply withthe federally mandated requirements of U.S. export control laws

• Personal experience in working in an ISO 9000/14000 environmenta plus.
