Opportunity:
- Openings at our Belvidere, Rockford, & Roscoe, Illinois locations
- Build your individual schedule & practice as an employed provider with the partnership of your collaborating physician, operational leaders, and support staff.

Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Midwifery program
- Hold an active state APRN license
- Skilled at providing exceptional care
- The ability to communicate clearly and work as a member of a team
Compensation and Benefits:
- Highly competitive compensation: $95,000 - $145,000
