In West Monroe, we're looking for a Marketing, Social Media and Web Design Manager who knows how to get things done with a smile. You'll balance tasks, support the crew, and keep everything running like clockwork. If you're dependable, detail-driven, and love a little fun at work, this one's for you.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, Graphic Design, Web Design, or a related field preferred.

• 2+ years of experience in marketing, social media management, website management, or web design.
• Experience managing business social media accounts and creating engaging content.
• Knowledge of website design, user experience (UX), branding, SEO, and digital marketing strategies.
• Experience with WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Shopify, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Manage and maintain the company website, ensuring content is accurate, user-friendly, and optimized.
• Create web pages, landing pages, graphics, and digital marketing materials.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns for products, services, events, and recruiting efforts.
• Create, schedule, and manage content across multiple social media platforms.
• Monitor engagement, respond to messages and reviews, and support online reputation management.
• Track website traffic, SEO performance, social media analytics, and campaign results.
• Maintain brand consistency across digital and print marketing materials.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify promotional opportunities and marketing strategies.
• Produce content including graphics, photos, videos, blogs, presentations, and email campaigns.
• Research industry trends and recommend new marketing and web design initiatives.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to remain seated or stand for extended periods while performing office tasks.
• Frequent use of computers, telephones, and other standard office equipment.
• Occasional lifting or moving of office supplies and materials up to 20 pounds.
• Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers, customers, and visitors.
• Occasional travel may be required for company events, community activities, or marketing initiatives.
