This position centers on moderately complex clerical and secretarial work that requires independence and confidentiality. As a Clerk Typist 2, you will perform the following duties:
- Telephone Support: Answer calls, take messages, route inquiries, and gather intake information when needed
- Typing Tasks: Type correspondence, case notes, reports, and similar documents with accuracy
- Report Assistance: Assist in completing reports, forms, and required documentation
- Data Entry: Enter information into the CPR Web program and tracking pools
- Document Review: Proofread documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with rules
- Office Coordination: Order supplies, research equipment prices, arrange reservations, and manage staff development forms
- Document Processing: Copy, file, collate, process, and distribute documents
Work Schedule and Additional Information:
- Full-time employment
- Work hours are 7:00 AM to 4:15 PM, Monday - Thursday, with 30-minute lunch or Applicant may elect to work 5 days/week - 7.0 hrs./day with 30 min. for lunch. (8:00 AM - 3:30 PM)
- Telework: You will not have the option to telework in this position.
- Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- Six months as a Clerk Typist 1 and educational development to the level of eighth grade; or
- Completion of a high school business curriculum which included at least one typing course; or
- Any combination of equivalent experience and training.
