Job Description

Partner with data product owners, domain stewards, technology teams, governance peers, and executive stakeholders to define publishing standards, intake processes, lifecycle controls, and measurable adoption outcomes.
Oversee the evaluation of data product candidates to ensure they meet marketplace readiness criteria, including metadata completeness, ownership, access guidance, quality expectations, business context, and stewardship accountability.
Drive alignment between marketplace capabilities, cataloging practices, glossary standards, data mesh principles, semantic context, and broader enterprise data governance policies.
Establish operating rhythms, OKRs, reporting, and communications that make progress visible and help leaders make informed prioritization decisions.
Develop and mentor a high-performing team, creating clarity of ownership while coaching team members through complex, ambiguous, and cross-functional delivery challenges.
Identify opportunities to apply automation, AI, metadata enrichment, workflow improvements, and platform innovation to improve marketplace scale, quality, and user experience.
Represent the Data Marketplace with senior stakeholders, telling compelling stories that generate advocacy, adoption, and measurable business impact.
