Job Duties
- Lead, coach, and support a team of 8-10 Maintenance Technicians to ensure safe and efficient facility operations.
- Track equipment downtime, review maintenance data, and identify opportunities to improve reliability and reduce production interruptions.
- Manage preventive maintenance schedules and monitor completion of maintenance activities to maximize equipment performance.
- Coordinate employee training, certifications, and skill development programs for maintenance team members.
- Conduct safety, housekeeping, and lockout/tagout audits to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor employee time and attendance records and support daily workforce planning and scheduling.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, equipment reliability, maintenance efficiency, and operational performance.
- Partner with production and facility leadership to prioritize maintenance activities and support business goals.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in industrial maintenance
- 2+ years of supervision experience
- Experience with mechanical and electrical systems
- Experience with PLC and HMI systems
- Technical degree or vocational certification in industrial maintenance or related field preferred
