Childcare Needed

I'm looking for a great nanny/babysitter for 2 children ages 3 and 5. I am on a 2-2-3 schedule so the schedule would alternate every other week. I would basically need assistance then 2-3 days a week from say 1 p.m. - 5 p.m.
