Babysitter Needed for my Children

We are looking for a caregiver 2 days a week for our sweet baby. He was born prematurely, so we are eager to have someone who will help support his development by paying attention to his cues and encouraging new skills without pushing him beyond what he's ready for. We have 3 big dogs, so the candidate must be comfortable with animals. We also expect light housekeeping for Noah's things (bottles, laundry for him).
