Key Qualifications:
- Current, valid Occupational Therapist license in New Hampshire
- Direct experience supervising Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants
- School-based occupational therapy background
- Strong interpersonal and documentation skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver on-site clinical supervision for up to two assigned COTAs (about 7 hours per COTA monthly)
- Complete required supervision documentation and administrative duties on schedule
- Collaborate with district staff and assist in ensuring service compliance and quality
- Provide on-site support in public school environments
