Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, open to strong Clinical Fellows
  • Previous school-based experience or familiarity with IEP processes is highly valued
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
  • A genuine commitment to supporting diverse student needs

Role Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech, language, and communication needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with students' goals
  • Provide direct therapy services in individual and group settings
  • Collaborate with teachers and staff to support classroom strategies for communication development
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide clear, timely documentation of student progress
