Job Description

This position allows you to make a difference across multiple communities, primarily focusing on the Newtown area, with additional coverage for the Morrisville/Pennsbury region. Enjoy the balance of working 3–4 days per week, with approximately 21–28 hours, supporting students' functional independence and mobility skills in educational settings.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Current Physical Therapist license meeting state requirements
- A minimum of 1 year of preschool experience in a school setting
- Commitment to in-person services only
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities with school teams, students, and families
- Ability to manage schedules and caseloads efficiently
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments for students to determine physical therapy needs in educational environments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student goals
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student IEPs and progress
- Document progress and maintain compliance with all educational and legal standards
- Engage with teachers and parents to promote student development and participation in daily school activities
- Travel within the designated areas (Newtown, Morrisville/Pennsbury) as needed to provide coverage
