Desired Background:
- Active (or in-progress) Colorado Department of Education (CDE) license required; must submit with resume
- Minimum one year of classroom teaching experience
- Experience working with transition-age students (18–21) a plus

Your Responsibilities:
- Teach job readiness and independence skills to a caseload of 12 students
- Participate in both classroom and community-based instruction
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), Behavioral Support Plans (BSPs), and ongoing data collection
