Occupational Therapist School Setting - Claremont, NH

In this on-site position, two licensed Occupational Therapists are needed to provide crucial supervision for a group of four COTAs during the 2026/2027 school year. With up to 20 hours per month available per therapist, this role is perfect for professionals who value collaboration, quality supervision, and a hands-on presence in school settings.

What you’ll contribute:

• Guide and supervise up to two COTAs each, ensuring compliance with state supervision requirements.
• Conduct approximately 7 hours of supervision per COTA each month, maintaining strong clinical oversight.
• Complete necessary documentation and administrative tasks related to COTA supervision.
• Collaborate with school personnel and COTAs to foster seamless service delivery.
• Participate in the district’s strong commitment to high-quality occupational therapy standards.

What you’ll bring:

• Active and valid Occupational Therapist licensure in New Hampshire.
• Documented experience supervising Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants in a school-based setting.
• Understanding of school OT caseloads and collaboration with educational staff.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

The position will require you to be present on-site in local schools, engaging directly with staff and students. For eligible candidates, travel to and from the district will be reimbursed at the current IRS mileage rate.
