Key Qualifications:

  • Valid School Psychologist license in Michigan (or eligibility for licensure)
  • Master’s degree or higher in School Psychology from an accredited program
  • Familiarity with standard assessments, special education processes, and intervention strategies
  • Experience working with K-12 students (prior school-based or travel experience preferred)
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychoeducational assessments and interpret results for a diverse caseload (K-12)
  • Develop and recommend Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Provide consultation to staff, parents, and administrators
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
  • Support positive student behavior both individually and in group settings
  • Maintain thorough and confidential records
