Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Specialist-level graduate degree in School Psychology (Ed.S., or Master’s with 60+ graduate units)
• California Department of Education-issued credential for School Psychology
• Certified copy of official transcripts
• Preferred: Experience in psychological assessments, special education support, and school-based services
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Proven ability to work with students, families, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams

Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual and group psychoeducational evaluations
• Recommend and help implement special education services and behavioral interventions
• Lead and coordinate IEP meetings and follow-up activities
• Consult with teachers on instructional and behavioral strategies
• Serve as a liaison among schools, families, and community health agencies
• Maintain compliance with state and local documentation requirements
• Provide professional consultation to educators and families
• Step in as an administrative designee when needed
