Job Description
Bring your expertise as a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist to a dynamic K-3 setting for the upcoming school year! This full-time, in-person opportunity allows you to make a meaningful impact on young learners at a single site serving kindergarten through third grade students. Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid SLP license for the state of Arizona (or eligibility for licensure)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; CFY considered
- Prior experience working with early elementary students in a school setting is highly valued
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Enthusiasm for fostering positive, supportive relationships with students, staff, and families
Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and provide direct therapy services for K-3rd grade students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in line with IEP goals
- Document student progress and maintain accurate records in accordance with school and state guidelines
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to a collaborative team approach
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices
