School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Mount Lemmon, Arizona

Bring your expertise as a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist to a dynamic K-3 setting for the upcoming school year! Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid SLP license for the state of Arizona (or eligibility for licensure)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; CFY considered
• Prior experience working with early elementary students in a school setting is highly valued
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Enthusiasm for fostering positive, supportive relationships with students, staff, and families

Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and provide direct therapy services for K-3rd grade students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in line with IEP goals
• Document student progress and maintain accurate records in accordance with school and state guidelines
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to a collaborative team approach
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices
