Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid OT license or certification in Ohio (new grads and experienced professionals encouraged)
• School-based experience strongly preferred
• COTA applicants must have access to designated OT supervision
• Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with students, staff, and families
• Strong organizational skills to manage caseload and documentation

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop IEP goals in coordination with multidisciplinary teams
• Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services in individual and group formats

• Collaborate with teachers, families, and fellow therapists to implement strategies for the classroom and home
