Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Master’s or doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field
• Valid state licensure or eligibility for school psychology certification
• Proven expertise in conducting psychological and educational assessments
• Ability to interpret test data and present findings to multidisciplinary teams
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with educators, administrators, and families
• Experience developing and implementing behavior interventions and IEP recommendations
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards

Responsibilities/Duties:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify students’ learning and behavioral needs
• Develop, recommend, and monitor evidence-based interventions and supports
• Participate actively in Individualized Education Program (IEP) and Response to Intervention (RTI) meetings
• Provide individual and group counseling to support students’ academic and social-emotional growth
• Consult with teachers, administrators, and parents to promote a positive learning environment
• Support crisis intervention efforts and offer staff training as needed
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and follow district and state reporting guidelines
