Qualifications:
- Massachusetts (DESE) Special Education Teaching certification (grades 5-12)
- Orton Gillingham or Wilson reading certification
- Completed one-year Orton Gillingham practicum
- Experience supporting high school-aged students
Responsibilities:
- Deliver Orton Gillingham or Wilson Reading interventions to a caseload of 30+ high school students (some rising 8th graders possible)
- Develop and implement individualized educational plans
- Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff
- Maintain accurate documentation as required by state and school guidelines
