Qualifications:

  • Massachusetts (DESE) Special Education Teaching certification (grades 5-12)
  • Orton Gillingham or Wilson reading certification
  • Completed one-year Orton Gillingham practicum
  • Experience supporting high school-aged students

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Orton Gillingham or Wilson Reading interventions to a caseload of 30+ high school students (some rising 8th graders possible)
  • Develop and implement individualized educational plans
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff
  • Maintain accurate documentation as required by state and school guidelines
