Key Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
  • Possession of a valid California Credential: Pupil Personnel Services - School Psychology
  • English Learner Authorization
  • At least three recent letters of recommendation demonstrating professional excellence
  • Proven ability to collaborate within school teams and provide effective clinical guidance

Role Responsibilities:

  • Deliver ongoing clinical supervision and support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) throughout the school year
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, educators, and administrators to create and implement behavior intervention plans
  • Monitor student progress, assess data, and adjust strategies to ensure the best outcomes
  • Contribute to the development of a positive, inclusive educational environment for students with diverse needs
  • Maintain compliance with all district, state, and federal documentation and reporting requirements
