Key Qualifications:
- Valid Occupational Therapy license (or eligibility) for ME
- Experience in school settings, home health, and healthcare strongly preferred
- Comfortable with a flexible caseload and onsite work
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct OT services within a school-based setting 2-3 days per week
- Manage a caseload (TBD) as assigned
- Deliver assessments, interventions, and progress reports
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, educators, and families
- Adapt interventions to meet individual student needs
