Accounting Manager/Supervisor

Responsibilities:
• Manage daily operations of the accounting department
• Reports to the corporate VP of Finance
• Monitor and analyze accounting data to produce financial reports
• Establish and enforce accounting methods, policies, and principles.
• Coordinate and complete annual audits.
• Supervise accounting and payroll staff, including assigning projects and ensuring
compliance.
• Handle banking transactions such wires, ACH and bank reconciliation.
• Report daily cash flow to VP of Finance.
• Report weekly check register to VP of Finance and CEO.
• Make credit decisions on potential business partners.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years of Accounting Manager or Accounting Supervisor experience.
• Knowledge of accounting principles, practices, standards, laws,
and regulations.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience in SAGE X3 systems is PLUS.
• Experience in MS Office is required.
• Organizational skill is a MUST.Month End Close, General Ledger, Financial Statement Audits, Account Reconciliation, Journal Entries, Paylocity, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR)
