Desired Qualifications:
- Current certification as a Special Education Teacher
- Experience working with elementary-aged children, preferably in special education settings
- Strong understanding of individualized education plans (IEPs) and compensatory education

- Ability to develop engaging, personalized lesson plans for 1st grade learning needs
- Reliable transportation for travel to the student’s home
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored instruction and support to meet IEP goals during sessions scheduled on non-school days
