Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current OT licensure valid in Maine
• Previous experience in school settings highly preferred
• Ability to create and implement individualized therapy plans for students
• Strong skills in communication, collaboration, and documentation
• Commitment to fostering student growth and independence

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess students’ functional needs within the educational setting
• Develop and execute individualized education plans (IEPs) to enhance student participation
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to ensure seamless support
• Use evidence-based intervention strategies to address sensory, motor, and self-care challenges
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to IEP meetings
• Promote a positive, inclusive learning environment for all students
